Incorporated in 2000, this company is a fully owned subsidiary of Seylan Bank, and is one of eight Primary Dealers appointed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

The company can participate in primary auctions of government securities such as treasury bills and bonds, and also deals in secondary market transactions.

The company pursues a policy of continuous advancement of technology for speedy processing of transactions. It has a fully automated accounting system, which is also linked to the bidding system of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka - a pioneering concept.
