Aratuwa is an independent Sinhala business weekly newspaper, published by Independent Financial News and Views.

Specially targeted at small and medium entrepreneurs, and the self-employed, the objective of Aratuwa is to publish news and articles that educate and develop the business sector in Sri Lanka, while providing a positive attitude towards the economy. Aratuwa considers this as its contribution to Sri Lanka's progress.

The company also brings out "Akura", a weekly education supplement targeted at commerce students and students of higher education. The "Sarisasa" tabloid, the monthly TV programme and the recently launched "Sports Today" publication are other products of the company.
