Golden Key Call Centre Limited is a member of the Golden Key Group of Ceylinco Consolidated.

The core business of GK Call Centre is in the area of In and Out bound Call Centre Services.

The company is equipped with hi-tech facilities such as, E1 Communication, Call Recording, VoIP technology, Automated Call Distribution System, Call Monitoring system and Hi-tech digital phone equipment etc.

The Call Centre operates on a 24/7 basis and assists clients in Sri Lanka and overseas, including Banks, Financial Institutions and Government Organizations. Local operations of the Call Centre are mainly focused on Customer Servicing and have recently been extended to Telemarketing.

The InfoMax Help Desk Support Service is offered by the Golden Key Call Centre Limited.

Access to the InfoMax Help Desk in Sri Lanka, even from overseas, is as a domestic call

Currently, ‘InfoMax Help Desk Support Service’ is offered to Sri Lankans living overseas, who could call on the given numbers and be connected to the Call Centre in Sri Lanka. Through InfoMax membership, the focus is on offering Value Added Help Desk Services to Sri Lankans residing overseas.

InfoMax Membership allows a member to access a range of services such as to arrange,

 Flowers, Cakes, Packs of dry-rations (Hampers).
 Home Nursing Services, Ambulance Service, Doctor for medical attention.
 Home Security Staff, Electricians, Plumbers.
 Gift packs, Gift vouchers for Valentine’s Day, Mother/ Father’s Day or any other special day.
 Special Hotel/ Tour Packages, Transportation.
 Currency rates and financial information.
 Information on Land/ Investment opportunities in Sri Lanka.
 IDD Call Card facility.

In essence, Sri Lankans living overseas would have access to any product or service available in Sri Lanka.

InfoMax Members could process orders via the Help Desk Service to deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka and also order products from Sri Lanka for delivery overseas, at a nominal charge
