Ceylinco Consolidated took over the original Finance & Guarantee Company at the behest of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, since it was marked for liquidation. Since its resurrection, the financial institution is well on its way to success.

It is an approved finance company by the monetary board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

A revived company once joining the Ceylinco Group, The Finance & Guarantee Co. Ltd., has recorded significant achievements in the investment plans and financial services offered to the public. The large deposit base and the current debenture issue reflect the confidence placed by the general public. The company engages in the property development activities and offers a range of financial services such as leasing, hire purchase, housing loans, educational loans, jewellery, financing and consumer loans.
