The company is a Joint venture between Ceylinco Consolidated and Toll Holdings,
Australia's biggest supply chain service provider.

The new joint venture is a third party logistics service provider, capable of handling all supply chain-related activities as per client specifications, ranging from freight services, warehousing, secondary distribution, transportation, to value-added services. The company has set up multi user facilities at Vauxhall Street and Wattala, and also at client's locations such as Pannala – Nestle and Wathupitiwala – Reckits. It offers in-house IT solutions for warehouse management and reduced inventory costs for customers. The company is designed to be a one-stop shop for a range of logistics needs.
