Ceylinco Prosperity

Originally named The Finance Property Developers in 1999, the Company has been repositioned as Ceylinco Prosperity in keeping with the group's expansion plans.

In keeping with its mission of bringing prosperity to its clients, the company specialises in property development, house building, and fund management. The company has pioneered the Land Investment Forum Trust, a type of stock market for the real estate sector. The company has also started the Prosperity Centre, which acts as a broker in the lease and sale of land and it also proposes to initiate a mini apartment complex in the near future.
