Ceylinco
Developers' was incorporated in 1999. Ceylinco Developers entered
into a partnership with DFCC and NDB to undertake the township development
project in Athurugiriya
They expanded its township concept by introducing its second stage
in the Millenium City Project to the areas of Piliyandala, Ja Ela
and Kurunagala in Sri Lanka. The township provides security, a mini
market, sports and recreation by way of a clubhouse, swimming pool
gymnasium, basketball court, tennis court and an eco friendly enviorment.
The town is planned with a private lake, tarred roads and landscape
parks.
The
estimated cost of the project is approximately Rs. 1.8 billion,
and within the 100-acre land extent, a housing scheme consisting
of 1,575 houses and other supportive infrastructure will be built.
The company has a dynamic team of skilled personnel in engineering,
marketing, and finance divisions, to meet the customer's every need.
The Company's flagship project is The Millennium City, the first-ever
Eco-friendly Township and housing project in Sri Lanka. This project
consists of three housing complexes and a novel concept of a shop
'n' house convenience for entrepreneurs. In addition, a mega township
has been constructed, which includes a commercial complex, with
all the modern conveniences.
