The company was incorporated in 1995 for the purpose of providing custodial services. It is currently the sole custodian for all funds managed by Ceylinco Shriram Capital Management Services.

As part of its primary functions, the company offers services such as physical custody of financial instruments, property deeds or any valuable documents, and the administration of funds and bank accounts on behalf of customers. The Company is also developing its expertise in the management of estates of deceased persons, as well as the provision of trust services.
