Ceylinco Building Society

To cater to the housing problems prevalent country wide, Ceylinco Consolidated envisioned a collective movement where participants would receive a mutual benefit, independent of the commercial forces prevailing in the financial markets.

With this vision, the Ceylinco Building Society came in to existence in 1997. The Company's mission is to offer financial products and loan schemes and to give maximum benefits to members in financing their housing objectives.

Ceylinco Building Society is currently the only private sector Building Society in Sri Lanka. Established under the National Housing Act, the company's vision is to broadbase membership and be the premier institution for housing finance in Sri Lanka. The company has branches in many towns in Sri Lanka including Jaffna, Vauniya, Trincolmalee apart from several network branches, thus reaching out to varied range of customers.
